I am a medical doctor with a practice of six years and I've seen thousands of patients. I'm also an active member of the Sleep Research Society and the National Sleep Foundation, a nonprofit group dedicated to advancing the field of sleep research. I have been teaching and performing sleep research for over 20 years. I have developed and tested hundreds of sleep studies and articles and my results are published in peer reviewed medical journals. I've also performed a lot of sleep education research. In this review I will describe the current research on sleep, sleep disorders, and sleep medications and sleep studies in general. I will provide a description of the problems associated with insomnia and provide tips to improve sleep.
Sleep disorders are very common. There is a lot of disagreement about how common they are. If you have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder you will know it, especially if you are older. If you don't have a specific disorder you can usually ask someone else to refer you.
