What is brain power?
Brain power is a measure of your brain's capacity to process new information. It is an indicator of your potential to think clearly and make better decisions. Brain power is usually expressed in a combination of the following four measures:
Predictive capacity – this measure is very important. It is how long you can process a new idea, piece of information, and make an informed decision. It is a good way to know if the product you bought is really going to improve your brain power. You want to know how long it will take you to process new information before you make a decision on whether or not to buy it. Your brain can store the information in a form that will be useful when you need it. If you are in a hurry and can't make time to read a book, you can make a decision and make the purchase in half an hour. The higher your prediction capacity, the more you can make your way through a problem without taking too much time. P
Predictive capacity is something that is always on our mind, especially since a recent study suggested that our brains have the capacity to process a million ideas in one second, which is about 100 million thoughts in a second.
